This season, the COS brand continues to explore what it does best: getting to the essentials, without ever sacrificing detail. The garment expresses itself through the cut, the drape, the precision of the construction. The campaign brings together strong personalities united by a shared vision of style: discreet, self-assured, designed to last. A calm, almost silent fashion that prioritises feel and longevity over immediate impact.
A minimalist palette, masterful work with textures
COS’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection revolves around essential neutral tones and monochrome silhouettes worn from head to toe. Colour naturally recedes to let the fabric speak for itself: soft leathers, crocodile-effect finishes, airy fabrics. It is worth noting that here, the interplay of surfaces is subtle, adding depth and texture without disrupting the visual balance.

Stripes and herringbone patterns, used sparingly, evoke the codes of the classic wardrobe whilst anchoring them in a resolutely contemporary interpretation. What catches the in the silhouettes is undoubtedly the precision of the cuts, the clean lines and the quality of execution, which together form the true hallmarks of the season. Business as usual for COS, you might say…
The art of layering, according to COS
Inspired by the casual chic elegance of the 1980s, the collection celebrates structured ensembles and layering. Tailoring is reinvented here: defined shoulders, stand-up collars, reworked volumes. The silhouette asserts itself whilst retaining its fluidity. Coats, meanwhile, naturally stand out as the cornerstones of the spring-summer wardrobe; oversized and subtly fitted trench coats perfectly embody this balance between structure and lightness.

In the menswear collection, the Balmacaan coatB with a herringbone pattern is paired with an ultra-soft leather bomber jacket, modernised with a Mao collar and concealed fastenings. Touches of functional sportswear, such as jackets with oversized pockets, complete the look with a more utilitarian feel.

Fluid femininity and a show in Seoul
The womenswear line explores a softer aesthetic, centred on movement and lightness. The dresses stand out for their crinkled textures and lingerie-inspired details, which contrast with the graphic precision of the tailored silhouettes. The shirts, enhanced with delicate ruffles (gathered flounces), infuse a subtle femininity into a deliberately minimalist wardrobe.
The Spring/Summer 2026 collection will be unveiled at an off-calendar fashion show in Seoul on Wednesday 25 March. The event will be streamed live on COS’s social media channels, in keeping with a vision of fashion rooted in restraint, precision and enduring elegance.
