Swarovski anniversary
From 29 October to 3 November 2025, the brand presented a new chapter of its Masters of Light Hollywood exhibition in Los Angeles, following an exclusive launch party on 28 October. Under the supervision of Giovanna Engelbert, Global Creative Director at Swarovski, and organised by British journalist and fashion critic Alexander Fury, the exhibition celebrates more than a century of creativity and craftsmanship through an immersive journey that pays tribute to its legendary collaborations and heritage.

When the magic of crystal meets the magic of cinema
It is at Amoeba Music, an iconic Los Angeles venue, that Swarovski unveils a setting that blends vintage glamour with sparkling modernity. The exhibition tells the story of the inseparable link between crystal and Hollywood, which adorns the arts, embellishes the stage and enhances emotions.
Among the highlights is Marilyn Monroe's iconic dress, adorned with 2,500 Swarovski crystals and worn during her legendary ‘Happy Birthday Mr. President’ performance, which literally reigns supreme as a cinema relic. Alongside it are outfits worn by icons such as Beyoncé, Madonna, Tina Turner and Lady Gaga, reminding us of the role of crystal in creating unforgettable moments on stage. This Pop Icons space celebrates these iconic looks, which illustrate Swarovski's role in enhancing performance and the emotional connection with the audience.

Between pop culture and haute couture
The Australian company has always navigated between fashion and culture, collaborating with the biggest names in the industry, from Dior to Versace, Schiaparelli, Tom Ford, Prada and Mugler. In the Silver Screen Style space, the exhibition reveals these creative dialogues where crystal becomes language and light, demonstrating the jeweller's role as an essential partner to the greatest designers.
Further on, Mathemagical celebrates the company's unique expertise with fine jewellery creations by Giovanna Engelbert, presented at the Met Gala in New York. At the same time, another gallery dedicated to pop culture showcases the famous Swarovski figurines inspired by Marvel and Disney.

Responsible and universal sparkle
True to its values, Swarovski is combining this celebration with a socially responsible and sustainable approach. Tickets sold for £10 will see all proceeds donated to the charity baby2baby, which helps disadvantaged families. An exclusive collaboration with Erewhon and a pop-up store will extend the experience with unique pieces...
‘Masters of Light celebrates Swarovski's innovation and expertise across all creative disciplines,’ says Giovanna Engelbert. ‘Since joining the company in 2020, my goal has been to highlight the connection between Swarovski, pop culture, fashion, the stage and the screen.’ Alexis Nasard, CEO of Swarovski, adds: ‘As the world capital of film and music, Los Angeles is the ideal place to honour our intimate connection with Hollywood and our role in its most iconic moments.’
