On the occasion of the various sneaker releases of the week, OniriQ has selected three trendy models to shop at all costs.

Between collaborations, introduction to new models and limited editions, it can sometimes be difficult to find your way around the exponential world of sneakers. Even we, who are not particularly experts in the field, sometimes still have trouble. Several times a month, new releases ignite its passionate community, causing products to sell out in just a few minutes.

This week, while we were shopping for the new Ferragamo bag, as well as the Jacquemus x Linda Farrow glasses, three sneaker models "brought us back down to earth". From the latest collaboration by Amiri to Dior's expertise with its new B35 NXXT, to the eccentric models by Ugg x Ambush, discover the favorites sneakers of OniriQ.

Amiri x Yasuhiro, a return to streetwear

The Amiri brand is known for its unparalleled elegance. And yet, before it became the expert in tailoring, it did indeed have streetwear origins. In its very recent collaboration with the Mihara Yasuhiro brand, the Californian label retraces its past with a limited edition sneaker.

The Amiri x Maison Mihara Yasuhiro pair therefore highlights several elements dear to both brands. On the one hand, the Japanese designer's iconic “original sole”, handcrafted from clay. On the other hand, the famous “Bones” detail in nappa leather, Amiri's signature, on a canvas base.

This design brings together the key styles of the two labels, notably with co-branded woven labels on the tongue and heel for a distinctive touch. The pair is available in two colors: white with black details or vice versa. To get it, you'll have to work twice as hard, as the sneaker is only available in limited quantities at selected Amiri stores and exclusively at Maison Mihara Yasuhiro stores in Japan.

Online, for the moment, only a few resellers are offering them, ranging from 1,300€ to almost 1,600€ (GOAT/StockX).

B35 NXXT, all the expertise in the world in a sneaker

In the Dior locker room, the B35 NXXT is already known to the general public. It is easily recognized as having a futuristic look, a pleasing lightness and an imposing volume that is fashionable in its own way. In his collection for summer 2025, the former artistic director of Dior Men, Kim Jones, introduced a brand new version of the trainer. More daring, more contemporary, more complex.

Indeed, the very latest from the B35 NXXT clan swaps its usual technical mesh covering for a raffia outfit. Here we can find the excellence of the French fashion house's workshops. During its design, the pair went through several meticulous stages.

First of all, the upper with the warping, which consists of the assembly and weaving of natural fibers, including the precise laser cutting of the suede inserts. Then, the sole “with its assertive volume and openwork cane motif”, as stated in a press release, is removed from the mold and fused to the rest in a succession of virtuoso gestures. Not forgetting, of course, the graphic curves and other details such as the “Dior” signature and the “47” symbol (referring to the house's very first collection in 1947), produced using a high-frequency process.

With such a range of expertise, it seems obvious that production is very limited. Only 470 pairs worldwide, all numbered, in either beige or brown, for a total of 2,000€.

UGG & Ambush, first collaboration

A highly creative debut... For the first time, UGG, the great South Californian staple of comfort, has joined forces with Yoon Ahn, the creative director and founder of the Japanese brand Ambush. Together, the two entities have created a collection based on the iconic Mary Jane and Penny Loafer.

In this collaboration, the two timeless classics take a bold and modern turn. “Personally? I love Mary Janes and loafers, and I wanted to create a more casual version with UGG. These models are versatile and can be paired with many looks, whether casual or dressy,” assured Ahn in an official statement.

So we see the return of the iconic moccasin, but in a fur-filled version, with fur literally escaping from the sole. Two colors to choose from: the very trendy burgundy or the ever-popular black. The Mary Jane, on the other hand, draws its aesthetic from the Ambush wardrobe with a fur covering, either white or pink. Fashionable, kawaii and quirky all at the same time!

To add them to your basket, you'll have to wait until February 21st for the pairs to arrive both on the respective websites of the brands and in shops and retailers, at a price of 299.95€ each.
