As we curated our selection of sneakers, which keep one foot firmly in the realm of ‘bon chic bon genre’, one thing in particular stood out: flat trainers, in the Gazelle style, are all the rage in both men’s and women’s wardrobes. With that in mind, we made our first stop at the Ba&sh boutique. There, we fell for the Celeste trainer, with its cow-boy core camel and beige suede panels, as well as its visible stitched detailing. Slim and lightweight, they pair effortlessly with basic jeans, wide-leg trousers or a skirt, adding just the right touch of character to a simple outfit.
Next, we’ve fallen for Louis Vuitton’s new flagship model: the Sneakerina in vibrant fuchsia and deep chocolate brown. Its blend of suede and technical nylon creates a chic sportswear style, perfect for giving raw denim a twist or pairing with a neutral midi dress. And by the way, did you know that this one is as comfortable as a slipper? Definitely worth a try!
Over at Claudie Pierlot, we’re going for a retro look with the Swing trainer in navy blue cowhide leather. We love this style for its colour, white stitching, caramel-coloured rubber sole, and iconic Claudie graphic logo. A new discovery we’d like to share with you: the satin trainers capsule collection from Spanish brand Hoff. In these designs, the brand focuses on softness, featuring shades such as powder pink, pale yellow and terracotta. A 100% retro-sporty and bright look, which we can picture with light-coloured jeans, cargo trousers or a denim skirt. Feel-good guaranteed!
Finally, for those who want to keep the leather look but enjoy the comfort of flats, we recommend checking out Miu Miu. On their website or in-store, discover their unconventional trainers in shiny cognac leather, which are ultra-trendy. For lovers of boat shoes, Dior joins the fray and reinterprets the classic in its Summer 2026 collection with a distinctly modern twist.
