The beauty secrets of Céline Talabaza, CEO of Noble Panacea

The first beauty product she ever bought, her favorite perfume, her go-to wellness spot... Céline Talabaza, head of skincare brand Noble Panacea, shares the secrets of her beauty routine.

What if your skincare routine was designed by a Nobel Prize winner in chemistry? That's the promise behind Noble Panacea, a young luxury beauty brand founded in 2019 by the professor Sir James Fraser Stoddart, a British chemist who won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2016. Knighted by the Queen of England and recognized for his work on molecular machines, the renowned scientist decided to put his genius to work in cosmetics. This unusual project came to fruition after years of laboratory research at Northwestern University (Illinois). It was there that the innovation at the heart of the brand emerged, a patented scientific breakthrough: the Organic Super Molecular Vessel™ (OSMV), a system for encapsulating cosmetic active ingredients.

How does it work? Each OSMV acts as a “smart” microcapsule: it protects active molecules from oxygen, light, and unwanted interactions, preserving their freshness and potency. As an added bonus, these capsules can be programmed to release ingredients with ultra-precise timing and in just the right dose. This science is embodied in a range of ultra-premium skincare products divided into five targeted collections: The Elemental, The Brilliant, The Absolute, The Exceptional, and The Energist.

Among the bestsellers are the Intense Renovating Serum (The Absolute), infused with powerful antioxidants; the Vitamin C Booster (The Exceptional), concentrated with 20% pure vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), which promises a clearer complexion and reduced dark spots; and the Chronobiological Night Mask, which works in synergy with the skin's circadian rhythm to intensely regenerate it while you sleep. It's a favorite of Céline Talabaza, head of the brand, who took the time to answer our beauty questionnaire.

Beauty interview with Céline Talabaza, CEO of Noble Panacea

OniriQ: What was the first beauty product you ever bought?

Céline Talabaza: “As a child, I received the iconic Tartine & Chocolat as a gift, so that was probably the first beauty product I came into contact with that sparked my curiosity. Later, as a teenager, it must have been a blush from Bourjois.”

The face care product you take everywhere with you?

C.T: “The Chronobiological Night Mask, The Exceptional. I take it everywhere, even on the plane.”

The essential beauty step in your routine?

C.T: “Healthy sleeping habits: not too high temperature in the bedroom, no screens before bedtime, a reasonable bedtime, etc.”

Your daily makeup routine?

C.T: “I try to wear less and less makeup in exchange for beautiful skin. For me, healthy skin is like a barometer of overall health. I prepare my skin with Noble Panacea's Elemental hydrating essence, the absolute serum, and the lifting oil to create a rosy, deeply hydrated base. I then add Ilia mascara and Westman Atelier blush."

A body treatment you can't live without?

C.T: ‘Sauna, as often as possible, weekly lymphatic drainage massage to get rid of toxins and strengthen the immune system, dry brushing for exfoliation.’

A beauty product or accessory you wish you had invented?

C.T: “Gua Sha. We've actually created our own with a unique design.”

Your wellness secret to staying energized all day long?

C.T: “A good workout, ideally every day. Physical exercise stimulates the production of feel-good neurotransmitters in the brain, called endorphins, as well as dopamine.”

Your favorite perfume?

C.T: “La Noche Joven by Fuegia 1833.”

Who is your beauty icon?

C.T: “Christy Turlington, whom I had the immense privilege of meeting and interviewing thanks to our collaboration with Noble Panacea. She is an authentic beauty, inside and out.”

A place where you like to recharge your batteries or pamper yourself?

C.T: “Sha Wellness.”
