Among the automotive innovations of the beginning of this year, the Kia EV4 stands out from its peers. A few days before Kia Ev Day, the South Korean brand's annual event, its design was officially unveiled along with several new features. Developed to increase the appeal of the 100% electric range and aimed at a wide audience, EV4 offers a modern appearance and cutting-edge technology that is sure to appeal to customers looking for something new…
Car and contrast
True to Kia's design philosophy of “Opposites United”, the EV4 embodies the harmony of contrasts like no other model before it. This aesthetic approach is particularly evident in the vehicle's dynamic profile, which is characterized by sharp, unique lines combined with very bold elements.
Thus, the EV4 perfectly embodies the so-called “new generation” electric sedan, imagined by Kia, offering a new typology of automobile in the sometimes overly uniform electric market. Each component reflects its avant-garde character, revealing a dynamic spirit in search of advanced technology. With the sedan and five-door versions of its EV4, Kia has adopted a new stylistic approach that makes these two versions suitable for use both on long journeys and in the heart of urban areas.

What are the innovative features of the Kia EV4?
The front of the sedan and five-door versions of the EV4 is distinguished by the new “EV Tiger Face” grille, emblematic of Kia's all-electric models, combined with vertically mounted headlamps that incorporate the brand's famous “Star Map” light signature. This combination of dynamic elements accentuates the impression of width and the sporty look of the vehicle while highlighting its refined character.
In its three-body version, the EV4 reinvents the sedan style with a fluid and aerodynamic silhouette characterized by a lowered hood line and a very elongated rear section. The EV4 has an exclusive roof spoiler that enhances its high-end aesthetic, while its machined 19-inch wheels adorned with extremely sophisticated striped patterns highlight the design philosophy of “Opposites United”. All these features make the EV4 a work of modern art.
Seen from the rear, the sedan version of the EV4 follows the same stylistic approach, particularly with its distinctive two-part rear spoiler which, together with the vertical light clusters, further emphasizes the vehicle's width of stance and its avant-garde character. The sleek profile of the bumper, enhanced by a technical motif where it meets the surface of the trunk, emphasizes the attention to detail of the label's designers and the sophistication of the project.
